Our 8th grade students will hear from the PHS counselor tomorrow during Science class. There will be a parent only meeting with the PHS counselors in the Jackson cafeteria starting at 5pm Tuesday evening, April 29. There will be a presentation for parents and then they will answer questions at that time. Good evening Jackson parents, students, and staff. This is Mr. Kisner with a brief announcement for all 8th grade students. Tomorrow, 3/18, all 8th grade students will take the WV Golden Horseshoe exam. This test will be given first thing in the morning and will last one period. Students need to make sure they report to school by 8am, so that they get to start the test in a timely manner. If your student is absent tomorrow, they will have to make this exam up on a later date. Thank you for your help in assuring all our students do their very best on this exam. Go Generals!

Hello,
This is an important message about the mobile dental clinic coming to Jackson Middle School on February 11th and February 12th, 2025. This program is offered to any student who has not seen a dentist in over 12 months.
If you indicated interest on your child’s pink emergency information form, a packet with information and a consent form was sent home with your child last week. If you wish for your child to participate, please complete the consent form and return it to Nurse Cassie by Wednesday, February 5th, 2025.
If you did not receive a packet but would like more information, please call the school nurse at 304-420-9551, message her via Rooms, or email her at candrews@k12.wv.us, and a packet will be sent home.
