Wood BOE to meet Tuesday
PARKERSBURG - The Wood County Board of Education will meet Tuesday (Feb. 1, 2022) in special session.
The meeting will be held at 6 p.m. in the Bailey Board Room at Wood County Schools Central Office at 1210 13th Street in Parkersburg. The meeting is open to the public and will be broadcast online via Zoom.
The meeting will begin with a presentation and proclamation on National School Counseling Week.
The school board will have a discussion and preview of potential bond facility projects.
The board also will consider and vote on overnight and out-of-state travel requests., a clinical student affiliation agreement with WVU Medicine at Camden Clark, and continuation of Sorenson Communications for contracted license sign language interpreter services for fiscal year 2022.
